A Happy and Healthy New Year to you all!
Our Tuesday College Life Skills group have embraced the New Year spirit and have made a large display detailing a new activity they would each like to try this year.
Our Tuesday group have started their Spring fitness project and have been trying a variety of new healthy exercises. This has included swimming, trying out a new spa and getting to the gym for a specialised fitness programme organised by our friends at Waterlane leisure centre. We have also been cooking up a storm in the kitchen and adding to our healthy recipe book. We have made chicken salads, pasta, paella, casseroles and a few lovely desserts. We have been busy typing up recipes and trying new flavour combinations! Have a look at the wonderful fruit salad made completely independently by one of our young people.
