We just want to send a massive THANK YOU to the team at Carling who have awarded us £6084 for the Transitions group.
Transitions supports young adults aged 18 and over to access activities in and around the community on a Saturday (term time only). The group runs at a low ratio and have a real input with what they do and where they go.
The funding will really support the independent nature of the group by increasing the activity budget in order to widen their choices and opportunities in and around the community. This will mean we can give back to the community too by accessing various businesses and activities locally that are available to everyone.
