Choices is TOPCATS accredited day service provision.

Supporting young people who are 16+ and are either in higher education, college or have left school completely.

We have recently started a TOPCATS Diploma that focuses on life skills, social skills, confidence building and independent living skills.

Choices offers flexible choice and structured activities.

Our unique approach is designed around a person centered activity programme for each individual to promote independence.

Choices is a group that encourages all aspects of healthy living.

This is achieved through the TOPCATS diploma where focus is drawn towards understanding the benefits of exercise, healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle.
